Early White-scalloped Bush Squash


About- This delicious white patty pan squash produces mild, tender fruits that are best harvested between 3-6". With mild flavor and a good source of Vitamin A, this variety is an excellent addition to any vegetable garden.

When and Where to Plant- Plant outside after all chance of frost has passed and the soil temperature is above 65 F degrees. Prefers heavily amended soils and full sun. To avoid downy mildew, water at the base of the plants.

Care and Harvest- Harvest summer squash early and often to keep the plants producing. Ready to harvest just after the blossom falls from the fruit and while it can still be easily dented with a thumbnail.
