Shipping policy

By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.


1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and process a refund for the out-of-stock item(s).


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

3. Delivery Terms

3.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days.

3.2 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days of payment.

Our shipping department operates Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the shipping department will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.


3.4 Change Of Delivery Address

If a change of delivery address is required, please contact us at info@rohrerseeds.com with the corrected address any time before the order has been dispatched. 

3.5 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is deemed undeliverable, for any reason by the carrier, a full refund for the product will be processed. Shipping refund decisions will be processed on a per-order basis. 


3.6 P.O. Box Shipping

Rohrer Seed's will ship to P.O. box addresses using the United States Postal Service only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.


3.7 Military Address Shipping

All APO/FPO/DPO orders are sent insured via the US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Government regulations do not permit delivery services such as UPS / FedEx to deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses outside the U.S.  USPS Priority Mail delivery outside of the U.S. requires customs paperwork, which Rohrer Seed's handles for you.

3.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us at info@rohrerseeds.com so that we can conduct an investigation.


4. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.


5. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with us by sending an email to info@rohrerseeds.com

 

6 Sales Tax

All sales tax requirements are automatically applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website during checkout.

 

7. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. please contact us at info@rohrerseeds.com If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

 

8. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.


8.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.


8.2 Process for parcel lost in-transit

Process for parcel lost in-transit: We will file a lost parcel claim with the appropriate shipping partner on the customer's behalf. After the claim is accepted for review by the shipping partner we will process a replacement or refund for the parcel. This typically takes 1-2 business days. To avoid additional fees, it is the customer's responsibility to cooperate with all shipping partner investigations.
