About- Delight in the surprise of Watermelon Radish! This unique vegetable has pale white skin with a tinge of green and a watermelon red interior that's crisp, mild and sweet. Its vibrant color adds flare to salads and, when split in half, its resemblance to a watermelon will make your kitchen smile!

When and Where to Plant- Plant 4-6 weeks before the last frost in spring or in late summer for a fall crop. Grow in full sun or partial shade. Prefers loose, fertile, well drained soil with a pH of 5.5 to 6.8
