About- This beautiful, easy-to-grow, dahlia-flowered zinnia, produces full, deep purple blooms that grow 3-5 inches in diameter and are supported by 30-36" long stems.
When and where to plant- Start indoors or direct sow, taking extra care if transplanting seedlings. Add compost in an area that is well draining as zinnias are susceptible to mildew.
Care and Harvest- Pinch plants when young to encourage longer stems. Water regularly at the base of the plant. Harvest as flower just begins to open to use as a cut flower.
