About- Add a nutritious punch to your meals with Red Russian Kale! This superfood has tender, sweet leaves with an excellent flavor and attractive red frilly leaves. Sauté, steam, or add it to salads for an added nutrient boost that is sure to delight.

When and Where to Plant- Start indoors and transplant outside 2-3 weeks before your last expected frost or direct sow anytime from early spring through late summer. The soil should drain well and have a pH of around 6.5

Care and Harvest- Water regularly. Does not require heavy fertilization. Harvest as desired between baby leaf stage and mature leaves.
