About- This popular, long, mild-flavored radish from Japan has crisp white flesh that is perfect for eating raw as a snack or used in a fresh salad. Commonly used as a cover crop, this variety can grow to be quite long.
When and Where to Plant- Plant 4-6 weeks before the last frost in spring or in late summer for a fall crop. Grow in full sun or partial shade. Prefers loose, fertile, well drained soil with a pH of 5.5 to 6.8
