Habanero Orange Pepper Seeds

About- Once classified as the hottest pepper available, Habaneros are about 100 times hotter than a Jalapeno! Peppers are 2½ inches long by 1 inch wide with an oblong lantern shape. Fruit ripen from green to orange.

When and Where to Plant- Start indoors approximately 8-10 weeks before last expected frost date. Temperatures must be at least 70°F for good germination rates. Prefer full sun and loamy, well draining soil with a neutral pH.

Care and Harvest- Fertilize throughout the season. Harvest when firm and full, as needed.

Prolific

This was a tough growing season overall, but my 3 habanero plants did so well. They are taking their sweet time to ripen, but the one we tried so far was full of flavor!
