French heirloom fingerlings are petite, sleek and slender with rose-colored skin that is thin and smooth. The flesh has a marbling of pink and ivory and is succulent and firm. Taste is robust, earthy and buttery flavored when cooked. Tubers average 2-3 inches long. 100-120 days to harvest. (approx. 4-5 tubers/lb.)

Seed Potatoes are available for shipment from the beginning of March, through the end of April, or while supplies last. This is the only time of year that seed potatoes are available.
