About- Has a flavor that resembles anise but is much sweeter. The bulb can be used as a root vegetable while the seeds and leaves are often used for seasoning meat dishes or used as a garnish.

When and Where to Plant- Direct sow after your last frost in the spring. Prefers fertile moist, well draining soil. 

Care and Harvest- Soak seeds overnight before sowing into the garden. Harvest as desired and use promptly after harvesting.
