(Early-Mid, 90-100 days) Buff skin and white flesh, round to slightly oval, shallow eyes. Texture is a little mealy which makes these tubers great for mashing, baking, and home-made chips! Excellent storage. Good resistance to gold-en nematode, common scab, viruses, early blight and hollow heart. Excellent table variety with good storage capability.

Seed Potatoes are available for shipment from the beginning of March, through early April, or while supplies last. This is the only time of year that seed potatoes are available.

Due to the high volume of orders we receive at this time of year, we are unable to ship potatoes at a later date. If you would like your potatoes to be sent later, please place a separate order for potatoes closer to the date you would like them to be shipped.

STORAGE - To store your seed potatoes before planting, keep them somewhere dark and cool, ideally between 35-40 degrees Fahrenheit. Seed potatoes can keep for months even at temperatures as high as 50 degrees, however, warmer temperatures may cause the potatoes to begin sprouting.
