About- Heirloom variety with licorice scented leaves and seeds. Anise is delicious in breads, cakes, cookies, and biscuits. Use sparingly in salads, over cooked vegetables, or as a garnish.

When and Where to Plant- Sow directly into the garden after the last frost. Thrives in fertile soils that are moist but well-drained with full sun. 

Care and Harvest- Water and weed frequently. Harvest seeds when they are grayish-green by rolling seed pods between your hands. Harvest leaves at any time.
