Winter hardy plants produce dark green sprouts abundantly on sturdy, vigorous stalks suitable for hand or mechanical harvest.

Stalks are 30-32" tall and highly productive, without the need for pruning. Sweet, tender buds are tight and uniform with bottom sprouts that hold well while top sprouts fill out.
