Imperial Valley Spinach Seeds
About- A midseason Asian spinach that is ideal for the home garden. The plant habit is very erect, with long stems and very dark green leaves. 'Imperial Star' shows better bolt tolerance and mildew resistance than similar varieties. A top choice for using in fresh salads, either alone or mixed with other greens.
When and Where to Plant- Direct sow in early spring or late summer for a fall crop. Select a sunny location that has well draining soil.
Care and Harvest- Harvest once the outer leaves reach 3" in length or at your desired size.
