Southern Giant Curled Mustard Seeds
About- This AAS winner is best when harvested young. Greens are delicious in salads and when harvested at maturity for soups and stir-frys. Popular in the South, but easy to grow in all climates!
When and Where to Plant- Direct sow 2-4 weeks before the last frost in the spring or 6-8 weeks before the first frost in the fall. Grow in well-draining soil in an area with full sun.
Care and Harvest- Mustard will produce better and have milder flavor when watered frequently. Harvest by breaking off the leaves as they reach the desired size.
