Junior Sunflower Seeds
About- A potted favorite, Junior (Dwarf) multi-blossoming sunflower forms ornamental rosettes of leaves before flowering. When they burst into bloom, the cheerful, bright yellow, 4-5" flower heads smile atop branching stalks just 2 feet tall. Pollen Free.
When and Where to Plant- Direct sow in the spring after the threat of frost has passed. Prefers well draining soils and full sun. Plant every couple of weeks for continuous blooms.
Care and Harvest- Keep soil moist, but do not over water. Harvest when the first color of the petals appear and remove foliage for longer vase life.
