About- Mixed Colors Globe Amaranth, also known as Gomphrena, will produce perfectly round 1” pompoms of white, pink or purple flowers. Makes a wonderful addition to fresh-cut or dried flower arrangements.
When and Where to Plant- Start indoors 4-6 weeks before your last frost or direct seed outdoors after the danger of frost has passed. Prefers well amended, moist soil in an area that gets full sun.
Care and Harvest- Keep plants well watered. Pinch back the first bloom to encourage branching and bushier growth. Harvest as a cut flower anytime during bloom. Also makes a great dried flower.
