Bouquet Dill Seeds
About- Originally native to the Mediterranean, Bouquet dill is named for it's pleasant aroma and use in floral arrangements. Feathery leaves grow on hollow stems up to 2-3' in height, with small yellow flowers clustered together in umbels. The leaves can be used fresh or dried, and the flowers make a striking addition to any table arrangement.
When and Where to Plant- Start seeds indoors 4-6 weeks before last frost and transplant outdoors when they are a few inches tall. Direct sow outdoors in a location that receives 6-8 hours of sun/day. after all danger of frost has passed and soil temperatures have reached 60 degrees.
Care and Harvest- Water evenly during dry spells. Dill can grow rather tall up to 36" and may benefit from plant stakes or a tomato cage. Harvest when your plant has grown to 12-18" and the foliage is a lush green color.
