Dwarf Siberian Improved Kale Seeds
About- Excellent variety of Russian type kale. Plants are hardy in cold weather and are slow to bolt in warm temperatures. Frilly dark green leaves are excellent used in raw salads, steamed or in a stir fry. Extremely nutritious.
When and Where to Plant- Start indoors and transplant outside 2-3 weeks before your last expected frost or direct sow anytime early spring to late summer. The soil should be well-draining with a pH around 6.5.
Care and Harvest- Water regularly. Does not require heavy fertilization. Harvest as desired between baby leaf stage and maturity.
