About- Lacinato Kale, also known as Dinosaur Kale, is a tasty and versatile vegetable with history dating back to 18th Century Italy. Its thick, crinkled leaves are dark blue-green and boast a delicate sweetness, perfect for any dish. Cold and heat tolerant, this Italian favorite is sure to be a staple in any garden. 

When and Where to Plant- Start indoors and transplant outside 2-3 weeks before your last expected frost or direct sow anytime early spring to late summer. The soil should be well-draining with a pH around 6.5. 

Care and Harvest- Water regularly. Does not require heavy fertilization. Harvest as desired between baby leaf stage and mature leaves.
