Shikou Hybrid Eggplant Seeds

About- Asian type eggplant producing long, thin fruit that typically grow 6-8" long and 1.5" wide. The dark glossy skin is thin, tender and has an almost bright white flesh. Fruit are easy to prepare – just slice and sauté or stir–fry, no peeling or salting required. 

When and Where to Plant- Start indoors 8-10 weeks before the last frost. Plant in an area that is well draining and gets full sun.

Care and Harvest- May require staking to keep the plant upright while maturing. harvest when skin looks glossy or at desired size. Cut off the vine about an inch above the fruit.
