Mark Your Calender - Rohrer Seeds' Spring Kickoff Days Are Coming!

What is it?

Rohrer Seeds' Spring Kickoff Days were originally started as a way to get people excited about the coming of spring and the planting season. This tradition has since taken on a life of its own and many of our customers have remarked that attending the Kickoff Day is the symbollic start of spring each year now. 

Some unique things that you don't want to miss are:

Tours of our facilities including live demonstrations of our seed packing machine

Demonstrations on starting seeds and best practices

Get advice from gardening experts

Door prizes/raffles for chances to win items

Free packets of seeds, no purchase required

Food and drink for your convenience

When & Where:

The dates are set for February 22, 2025 and March 1, 2025. Both events will run from 8 AM to 5 PM. 

The events will be held at our retail store at 2472 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, PA. We are on Rt. 340 in the Smoketown area.

Pamela Alexander: they have a ramp, and when its not packed full of people it is wheelchair friendly. the staff are really nice, so if the ramp or door are a bit much (the ramp is a trifle steep and the door is heavy) they will be happy to help. i have had to ask for assistance several times as i am using a cane or rollator.

Ken’s Garden, across the street is also mostly wheelchair accessible, although parts of the garden center have gravel instead of paving, and i wouldnt advise those areas- that is a minority of the space
